A native of Front Royal, Virginia, Joe represents businesses in both the public and private sectors. He has argued and successfully tried cases in federal and state courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Robert J. Light is a member of Joseph F. Silek Jr., P.C.  Robert received his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Rhodes College. Previously, Robert was a law clerk to the Honorable Fletcher B. Campbell, Jr., U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges in Newport News, Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and past President of the Warren County Bar Association

Kimberly B. W. Emerson is an associate with Joseph F. Silek Jr., P.C.,   A native of New Market, Virginia, Kim received her J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond where she graduated magna cum laude and served as an Articles Editor on the University of Richmond Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Bridgewater College where she majored in political science with a minor in Spanish.
